The Girl Who Doesn't

Go On Roller Coasters

A journey of playful courage, movement, and tiny brave yeses.

Are you up for the ride?

ABOUT THE BOOK

I spent most of my life avoiding roller coasters until I realized fear wasn’t the enemy. Control was.

Through a series of brave choices, unexpected adventures, and honest self-discovery, I began transforming from a “Worry Bunny” into a “Wonder Bunny.”

This book is for anyone who is tired of standing on the sidelines, holding the bags, while everyone else gets on the ride.

The Girl Who Doesn’t Go on Roller Coasters is a playful, heartfelt, and deeply relatable life guide for anyone who has ever let fear, worry, or the need for control keep them on the sidelines.

With warmth, humor, and vulnerability, Sahrit encourages readers to ask: What is my roller coaster? What am I avoiding? Where am I choosing safety over aliveness? And what might become possible if I said yes?

Part memoir, part personal-growth guide, and part invitation to live more fully, this book is not about becoming fearless. It is about learning how to move with fear, trust yourself more deeply, and take one tiny brave step at a time.

Say goodbye to your comfort zone in an anxiety-free way! Well, mostly. : )

It’s the kind of book that stays with you after you finish because it reminds readers that courage can look different for everyone. I appreciated how thoughtful the author was to add Tips for the readers on how to overcome certain fears at the end of each chapter.

I highly recommend this book for anyone that might struggle with fears even if they are “silly fear” or anyone that just wants to feel empowered.
